The full text of Rule 12 at the JREF Forums reads, Attack the argument, not the arguer. Having your opinion, claim or argument challenged, doubted or dismissed is not attacking the arguer. Seems like a good idea in general, but some things just need to be said, ya know? Biting your tongue gets old and leads to hairy palms. Here are some choice comments about a few of the more...interesting... forum members. We're all thinking these kinds of things. I'm just writing them down. If you'd like somebody reviewed here, leave a comment somewhere. I'll see it.

Geek Goddess

If we're gonna rap about The Atheist, then we gotta get it on with Geek Goddess. On her profile her custom description is Hot enough to melt 4" rebar. The Atheist chose to comment on this clear case of false advertising over at the JREF. He received a Rule 12 infraction. Come on, people, look at her picture. The word goddess certainly doesn't come to mind when I look at her, but I may be assuming that goddesses should be attractive. But when you add in her own description of how hot she is, well, shouldn't skeptics point out inconsistencies? Of course, The Atheist tried to pretend that he really didn't know that was her picture. Right. He's still smarting over getting picked last for kickball.

As forumites go, Geek Goddess is a non-entity as far as I am concerned. She's one of The Chosen who hangs out in the Community Forum in the members-only section of the board. Get a life, woman! Only 5 of the last 50 threads you have started are in "real" areas of the forum, like Science. If you want to gossip and shoot the shit, get off your ass and go to a bar. Or is that a problem because you're so hot all the guys hit on you?
